Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2005
The neighbors and all the people she had living there decided to leave their apartment with all of their belongings and intentionally leave food all over the place. The apartment was vacant for almost 2 weeks with no one cleaning it. It wasn't until I noticed bugs coming out from under their door that something was wrong. I asked the manager what was going on and they tell me they have known the apartment was vacant, but no one wanted to go in there and clean because of the major bug infestation. Yes. Roaches. Another week went by and my apartment reaked of Raid and still they didn't clean out the apartment. It wasn't until after I notified the county about a bug infestation did they go in and start removing the items. I then asked if the bug infestation was taken care of, and they said no. After almost 4 weeks of dealing with the managment did they finally let me out of my lease and then had the nerve to keep my deposit because they said I broke the lease! They broke it when they allowed the bug infestation to become untreateable. Not only that but every day when I came home, there was usually someone in my parking spot.
