The complex itself isn't too bad. The only major issues were some of the tenants that lived there. It was obvious that most of the tenants were from Sac State and so there were a few parties on the weekends that had huge groups of drunk people hanging out in the parking areas to where it was hard to get in and out. One night as we waited for the group to move out of our way, this guy tried to kick my bf's car. I of course, didn't want my bf to get out and do anything, so when we eventually got inside, there was a fight outside of our apartment (same group) and the guy that was trying to kick the car got beat up. (lol) There were cars parked out on the main road that were broken into. I've seen this more than it should've happened. After we moved out and done all the cleaning even of the carpets, staff made up lies saying they found cat urine in our carpet and charged us for that crap. FYI, our cats NEVER pee or crap on the carpet. They are trained well. There have been other issues where guys will start talking ---- to my bf for no reason when we are leaving or coming in from the gate. Fights were often almost started, but the guys that started it never finished what they started.
