I moved to Sacramento from the bay area to go to school, and unfortunatly was roped into Rivercrest because of their "incredible" move in deal. The thing to remember with unbeleivable deals is, they're unbeleivable for a reason. The apartment bathrooms have no vents, and therefore have disgusting mold problems, the construction that was supposed to be done in the fall is still not done and its January, I live on the bottom floor they tore my fence down october 25th and they haven't put it back up (everytime I talk to management they tell me my building is next to be finished), and in the six months that I've lived here I've seen more broken windows on cars than anywhere before (two of which were my own). The property management doesn't care about the tennants, they close the office on rent due dates without notice, and for two months their computer system was shut down and they sent 75% of the complex notices saying they didn't pay their rent. Do yourself a favor and don't live here, because the money you save in the beginning isn't worth the trouble in the end.
