I made the mistake of renewing my lease after the complex gave me a great deal. It was NOT WORTH IT! My car windown was broken because of drunken violence. My bathroom has THE WORST mold problems, the landlord does not even care about the tenants. Yes, the complex is close to CSUS. But trust me- unless you want to pay more than $100 in utilities a month (not including phone and cable) for a complex that had been re-contructing for a good 6 months longer than planned, go somewhere else. This place is too cheap for the crappy service you receive and the worthless apartments.
