Wow. Where do I even start with this place'

1) Drunk college students. Now, you would think that being so close to Sac State that this would be the main problem. It isn't... but the college kids are as bad as I've ever seen them. They have parties almost every night of the week until about 3-4AM and security does little on their own to stop them. If you go as far as to calling, you have a 50/50 chance that their patrol will be able to shut them up. And the next day they will be just as loud. How loud' I can go as far as to tell you a certain resident's opinions on the guys she was flirting with at the party they had last week. This is someone who lives nowhere near me in the complex. It's that loud.

2) Ghetto residents. I don't know whether they are allowing subsidized housing in this place or what, but every month the assortment of human crap that moves into this place just gets worse and worse. All day and into the night flocks of loud children play wherever they want (pool area, staircases, your car, doesn't matter) and create a noise level that is pretty much illegal by any residential standards. When they finally go to bed, their parents pick up the slack, having loud arguments and discussions well into the night. Did you know that one of the residents here has really trick wheels on his car' I now do, since they woke me up talking about them. I cannot stress this point enough, it's really that bad here. Save on rent and just live in an underpass in south sac if that's what you want to put up with.

By now, to me it's obvious that the management of this place doesn't care who moves in here... they'll let everyone in and don't care what happens after that. I'm pretty sure that when they signed their lease the people that live below me did not say that they were going to have 11 children and their rat friends playing and screaming all day long. The noise level across the complex is nuclear all day and night, don't even try to tell me that the management doesn't know that there is a problem. I actually feel for the security company, as the times I've had to call them it's pretty obvious I was about the 10th person to call. More than once they've had to call the police here because the residents just will not act like human beings.

The apartments are designed okay, and you might have some parking issues if you have a second car in the apartment, but seriously, do not live here. If it keeps going the way it has this complex will be 100% human trash in a couple years, and you don't want to be here for the transition.

The only people that should ever come to this hellhole are police officers on duty. And congratulations to all of us that live near the leasing office! The construction is done! There's one noise source gone, and 500 to go.
