This seem to be getting better

Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2006
 
This seem to be getting better around here. Maybe there is a new owner. i do not know but something is happening. They painted the buildings, and are fixing up the grounds. Even the maintenance staff seem to be faster. They were right over on this last fix request.
