Rivercrest tries to buy your happiness. The complex is new and updates and looks nice but looks aren't everything. In the first month that I was there my car sterio was stolen, my neighbor's car windows were smashed, an old man was mugged, there was a shooting, and a girl was accosted when she opened her own apartment door.
The management are extremely lazy!! They will gladly offer to take care of things for you but the NEVER ACTUALLY DO IT!!! You have to hound them at least 3 times to get ANYTHING done.
They always offer "great deals" but you will soon find out why the price is so low.
Oh, and there was a stolen car recovered in the complex that had been sitting there for more than 3 months!
The tenants are good though. They are noisy but only on the weekends.
