Read this Please !! Worst place!!

This place is certainly the worst deal available in and around the area.
Not beating around the bush, I could tell you what all are the things needed to be fixed. I hope my opinion will count cause I have been staying here for almost 1 and half years now cause during this time, I was doing a lot of schooling and work so couldn't find time to leave this place after an year. Also was stuck with the lease!!
So here are infinite reasons to not come to this place.

1.Laundry : Doesn't work the right way. It will take the laundry card, start soaking the cloths and after 3 mins will turn off and suddenly start after 8 mins so you lose the washing time in between. Anyway it keeps the cloths for 28mins only. In that time, you lose 8-10 mins just like thatexcluding rest of the soaking time it genuinly need. Also, there is a good chance that it might get stuck at 25 mins. and after you come back to change the cloths to dryer, it will still be stuck on 25 mins soaking your cloths. huh!! ...happens to me almost everytime I laundry in any of the machines!!

2.Supposedly a "Gated Community". This is so funny!! The gate will remain open so many times all during the night hrs and obviously, during the day time, it will always remain open.

3. The refuse/water bill will shoot up generally!! And if you ask the rental guys, next time you'll get lesser bill. Does that sound like it genuinely went up last time ''

4. Again, they say the gym is gr8. There is absoutely nothing gr8 about the gym. It is so okey!! Moreover, one of the machines to work on the shoulders has a handle "more than slightly" bent!!

5. After all this, when we were about to leave, and extended the lease for a month, we had to pay that extra $50. Meaning that the rental office people didn't treat us like we have stayed here for an year. They will completely ignore you once you are near to ending the leasing.

The only time you feel that you stay in one of the pricey communities is when you pay the rent. It is so high for absolutely no reason!! And if I could save one person from moving in here, I will be very happy!!
