This apartment community is great! For the complainers, there is NO place where everything is perfect. You have to realize the apartment managers can not control everything and everyone around them. I won Kings tickets and we have cool socials and they are always giving away cool prizes! Ipod's, gift cards, etc. The management does everything possible to make its residents happy and addresses concerns promptly. It is also the nicest looking community within miles of sac state. They have a real gym (not just a bike like other complexes, internet access, game room, etc) Friendly and helpful staff!

*chuckle* Either you smoke crack with the bums sleeping in the laundry rooms, or you are a member of management (I'm leaning towards the latter, since you have access to the internet).
