Although the staff is great, I've submitted maintenance requests over six months ago and things are still not fixed. I had leaks in both bathrooms, my carpet is moldy due to the leak. They said they would fix that, but haven't yet. Some neighbors are allowed to play loud music and the crime in the complex is out of control. They've installed gates, but all the gates remain unlocked. Security guards are never around.
The rent is good for the first year, but they will increase it. Don't bother renting here. It's a crap shoot what kind of neighbor you will get and the walls are so thin. Can't wait till my lease is almost up.
