Do not move to Rivercrest Village...you will regret it! I had a 6th month lease and am so happy to be out of there! The thing I could not stand was the office staff! They were so unprofessional and never got anything done for you. They act nice in the beginning but NO they arent after you ask for something to be done 10 times and never got it done. I am writing a letter to the management company because i have never seen worse than this.it is really nice on the outside since they plant new flowers like every month and the outside was recently renovated, but the inside in growing mold everywhere and it smells horrible. the cabinets and carpet needs replacement really badly as well as the A/C and heater filters or something. This place is infested with mold and will make you sick. I will be happy if i save one more person from not moving into this place. wayyy too expensive for what your getting!!!
