Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2006
My car was vandalized along with 3 others. The office did absolutely nothing. Here is the unbelievable part...they would not let us out of our lease. We had to pay to get out of there. This is considering we only had 2 months left for our lease to be up. This goes along with what has already been mentioned: the gate is always broken, things are seldom repaired, the list goes on. My neighbor's apt. got broken into and they stole most of his valuables. The office response, oh sorry, things happen. The "security" they promise to provide doesn't exist.
