Seemed like a good place to move, but once I got in I started finding problems. Some maintenance fixed, but it took multiple requests for them to show up each time. Actually it topok many complaints to the offfice to get anything done or fixed. Management is not only ineffective at dealing with noise and bad tenant problems, they are two-faced crooks. They tricked my roommate and I out of our deposit by saying we had not turned in our final notice after we had moved out, but before had told us a paper we had signed about moving out was our final notice. Did not like leaving outgoing mail on office desk with no sense that people couldn't just walk away with it. This is not a safe place to go outside at night and there were many car break-ins. Twice in 6 months I heard gunshots. The gate almost never worked and wasn't worth anything when it did.
