Ever wondered what it would really be like to live in Oak Park, but didn't feel like taking the drive down' Well come on over to Rivercrest Village... it's like a little slice of ghetto right in your back yard!

Here the music is bumping (and I do mean bumping) all night long. With the amount of college kids around there's always a party to join.

Best part is, if you don't like the stereo or the rims of your car, you can get someone else??s here! With no security and a conviently open gate 24/7, it's like a giant pick-and-pull. Same goes if you're a little low on gas, but your neighbor just filled up.

And for those "recreational" needs, why, Rivercrest Village has them too! Just go out after dusk and you can shop and compare. With so many dealers to choose from you'll always come out ahead!

The staff are friendly and only lie to your face 80% of the time.... Best time to catch them is Monday though Wednesday from 9AM until 11:30AM.

At Rivercrest the kids are well ahead of the curve and can be seen cursing and smoking well ahead of the rest of the peers in their class. Your little one will quickly get the street cred' he or she needs to make it though the ghetto fabulous life!

The prices cannot be beat! When you tell your friends and family the prices you pay for your apartment, they will automatically assume you have a luxury crib.

So come on down, pull up a lawn chair, and enjoy the live action Jerry Springer show your neighbors will put on every night. Just remember to bring those bullet proof vests for the kiddies.
