You must be cooking them cookies and cakes those that are in the waiting area for new tenants.
You stated two years you have lived here and seen major improvements, and the girls are always nice to you, you pay your rent on time, and you don't cause problems, and it seems to be safe.
Are the major improvements in only "your" apt., cause the handyman, does crappy repairs, the staff have major attitude problems so one of them must be your best friend(s), who told you the rest of us don't pay our rent on time, and that we cause problems, re-read some of the complaints written, none of us are causing problems, THEY are the PROBLEM, not being fair, trying to take advantage of tenants, and our cars and homes have been broken into. RE-READ Written Complaints!
But, not yours, Who are you trying to kiss up to cause your compliments sound like a joke, one that's not funny and lacks truth, why didn't you sign your name and send the staff a copy, they will be the only one's that think your joke is funny and cute.

Thats bs, you don't have to sign a new lease to add someone on to your lease. Look at HUD's website, they have a division of it specifically for apartments and renters rights. I contacted them when I was moving out because Rivercrest was trying to cheat me out of my pet deposit by saying I'd never paid it, even though I still had all of my paperwork, receipts, and a copy of the check. I bullied them into giving me a copy of their records and at some point they had literally credited my pet deposit to themselves and wiped it off my record.
Make sure to keep records of everything, they will try to screw you and if you catch them on it they won't apologize. They just blame it on previous management.

Uh, sounds to me like you entered into an agreement that you couldn't uphold. That is no one's fault but your own. Your lease clearly states all provisions, and had you thought ahead to a time when you may be financially strapped (as any student should), and inquired about things in your lease that perhaps weren't crystal clear, you wouldn't be in this mess.

Yes, I am a student and I live at Rivercrest. You signed a lease and you should of thought about that before you signed papers. They are just doing their job. I have had my fair share of problems at these apartments, but this one is understandable.
