I think the girls that manage the place are wonderful. They are fun, young, helpful, kind, and they will do whatever they can to make life good here. I am 52 years old and I am not an appartment dweller. But the gals here have made it a real nice experience for me.
If I had to change anything it would be the carpets, they all need to be replaced no more than every 2 or 3 years, mine was cleaned when I moved in but after a month all the dirt came through from the pad, but hey, I got the appartment at $800 a month for a two bedroom/two bath so I'm not complaining.
The clientel is interesting also. Mostly young people going to college and they are very considerate. If they are asked to quiet down they do but I rarely ever had a problem.
Again......the STAFF ROCKS! SOMEONE GIVE THEM A RAISE PLEASE!

If I wasn't moving to Texas I would have them replace my carpet and I would stay for another year!
