This place is horrible. Every night there is something going down: people arguing, loud music, belligerent tenants, and inconsiderate neighbors. Parties during the week make it difficult to sleep when you have to wake up early. The office staff engage in these parties and are part of the noise themselves so nothing gets done about it. The security is a joke. They come out and ask someone to quiet down and as soon as they leave the noise continues. Some neighbors that I talked to when I first moved in referred to Rivercrest as "Rivertheft." I wouldn't recommend this place to my worst enemy. Rent at your own risk. vWhRVi5nYYIuEh4W7K3l

You are 100% right. This place is a hell hole. I hate living here. Its hard to study, the gates are always broken, contant parties, people smoking weed (stinks)! I would never recommend that anyone move into those apartments even if I did hate them. The office managers SUCK and they do nothing when you complain.
