I have been living at Rivercrest for 4 yrs now and I have yet to experience anything negative. No problems with my car getting broken into, no problems with the beautiful ladies in the office and hell, even the maintenance crew is a good group of guys. Sure it can be loud at times in the complex, but this is rare (I guess it all depends on where your apt is). This place is much better then the complexes across the street from 7-11 and considering how close it is to Sac State, Rivercrest isn't bad at all.

This guy obviously works for Rivercrest to type such lies. This complex was the most crime ridden place I've seen.

You are crazy!! I have not had any problems either but my neighbors apartment got broken into when they were home!! There are cops here every night because of all the vandalism. I cant wait till my lease is up. I only like the maintenance staff, I have heard the way the girls in the office talk to and treat others it is a joke!!
