I have lived at Rivercrest for 2 years and have seen some major improvements in the last year. they are always adding extras to make the community look nice, and the neighbors seem to be a better group of folks. There are 4 swimming pools, a nice gym with great equipment, free tanning, free yoga...etc. They have always done a great job with maintenance and the girls in the office have always been nice to me. But then again, I pay my rent on time and don't cause problems. For some of the college kids that live here, I can see where they don't put up with a lot of crap. I have never seen any crime and it seems relatively safe to me.

This review looks like something the staff would put up. It is the complete opposite of what I experienced and I never caused any problems. Good for you if you had a good experience, but it doesn't somehow cure or take away an experience that is contrary to yours.

NO, ever postive review on here isn't from a staff member. Sorry to hear you had problems here, but not everyone's experience is the same. I thought it was fair to point out the good attributes of the place I actually like living in.
