Worst apartment I have lived at in CA. The crime rate is so high, that my car was broke into over ten times in a year. There was a severe mold problem caused by a leak and the management tried to blame it on me. It is your problem to clean, but if there is a leak it is theirs. Overall I would not even recomend this place to my worst enemy. For the price go closer to Land Park or even the Tower area. BAD BAD BAD.

This is so true - the crime rate is horrible and seems to be getting worse. Carpets and linoleum are really in need of replacing.
