I paid 815 for a two bedroom/two bath. It's of average size. Parking at Riverfront is awful. Each resident gets one assigned spot. Everyone else has to park on the street. My upstairs neighbor who parked right beside me had her truck broken into. They stole her stock Chevy stereo, which included ripping out her dashboard. Maintainence was very prompt and the guy was nice despite his appearance. The owner is pretty nice and let me out of my lease relatively easily when I had to leave early. I had some problems with bugs. If it wasn't ants, it was spiders. I finally had to take Gretchen in the front office a dead spider to prove I had the problem. It was 6 inches and not a daddy long legs!!! That could have been just my unit.. Want to move here' Well, if your car is important to you and you have more than one, or you have a lot of guests... I would not do it. Oh, and the trees planted around the apartments have the worst smelling blooms (totally nasty), so spring is a nightmare for anyone with a sense of smell.

Okay, I am gonna be honest. Since I moved to Sac from Houston I have become an arachnophobic. I HATE spiders, and have even come in contact with some black widows. But I have just come to expect seeing them and try to keep spray or a shoe handy. To complain about spiders and blooming flowers seems a little excessive. As far as car theft, I have also become used to seeing it here in Sac.
