nice place to live

I've been living at the Riverfront Apartments for several years and really enjoy living here. When I first moved here, the place was just OK. Now it is a really nice place to live. The grounds are beautiful with lots of tall trees, birds and squirrels, colorful plants and attractive water features. The owners work hard in keeping the place clean and quiet and are responsive to problems. (The owner can be reached anytime by e-mail and responds within a day or so.)
I had a bad neighbor who made a lot of noise all the time and when I complained to the owner, he asked the noisy tenant to move out.
The managers, as well as the cleaning lady live on the property and they are great. The maintenance staff is also very helpful. They all seem to care about keeping the place clean and quiet. The only complaint is that guests have to park out on the street because it is a gated parking area with remote-controlled access to get in. Each unit gets only one free covered parking space but you can rent an extra space if needed.
