Greedy owner From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 10/16/2007 Years at this apartment: 2007 - 2007   I just stumbled across this website and would like to say, The owner is a selfish greedy little ahole. He does not give a crap about about the residents, he only cares about MONEY period. Just look in his eyes and you can see the greed. He has some serious mental disabilities. I just read that that maintenance guy Ray is gone. I didn't really know him but he was the one who knew how to fix stuff. He really could fix anything. He never really fit in here, he was to professional for this place. The other guy for the most part is a nice guy, but he can,t fix s**t and is a terrible bullsh**ter. I love listening to him try to bulls**t me about how he can't fix something because he doesn't know how. The black girl in the office has some issues as well. She always seems depressed and unhappy. This is a fair place to live, nothing special. It is getting to be ghetto though. I miss Gretchen, she was always pleasant and friendly and seemed to know what she was doing.
