BAck in about 2008, I was put into so much trouble from the mental problems going on with about two staff here. There was no way to sit around at home, do my thing, laundry, and run errands without some sort of bizarre problem.


I'm not sure what was wrong with this place, but they got real, real mad at a friend of mine for nothing, in particular, that he was doing. His car was damaged in the parking, the lot right inside, not out on the street.


the staff kept acting up on him all suspicious and stressed out, mean, and accusatory. My opinion: These people are some type of Berkeley left wing society that thinks it can do as it pleases, as if there are no laws, mentally ill and employing mentally ill people, or criminals. If a aplace can get away with what this place does, even with claims in the courthosue on it, I"m not sure there is any place that is trustworthy to live at.

cars wrecekd, staff jumping all over tenants ---- for reasons to admonish, retaliatting staff. we weren't sure what the problem was. Dont' move here.

loud power tools and other annoyances from obsessively working and intruding staff who is often hostile.

just save yourself from complete unpredictability and annoyance. with all the trouble ewe went through, their ating is their just desserts. people need to know what they are getting into before moving here. not everyone is rich and can pay damages, buy new cars, and lose other property when attacked with false allegations by your staff and yourselves.
