This is an affordable place - BUT you get what you pay for! Loud, noisy, ghetto tennants. UNPROFESSIONAL, INCOMPETENT managers. By the way, they've gone through 6 or 7 managers in 7 months since Brittain Commercial has taken over. Apartments are filthy and moldy. The maintanence is lazy and unprofessional. They take 2 months to fix something and even then you have to bug them about it. They took all parts from another unit to fix something in my unit. Don't waste your time or you'll regret it!
