My lease is almost up...thank God!! This is the worst place I have ever lived. They have gone through a few managers since I have been here and they don't bother to notify anyone when this happens. I have no idea who the manager is now. When I showed up to sign the lease and move in I had to go back to the manager and tell them I would not move in a dirty apartment. So, the asst. mgr cleaned (well sort of) the apartment again so I could move in the following day. It still wasn't really clean but I had no where else to go. When I first moved in they promised to fix the shower door amongst a few other things and despite filling out several work orders the work has never been done (11 months now). Funny though, when you pay the maintenance man CASH he will show up right away and run a cable line through the wall for you (during his working hours). The management recently left notices that they would be coming into the apartments to change batteries on smoke detectors, can you guess''' They never showed up. Also, they neglected to tell me that I would have to pay for water, sewer, and garbage until the day I signed the lease. They said they had a sign posted on the desk but they didn't...I'm positive because all they had was a candy bowl that my niece kept eating out of. The neighbors are loud and inconsiderate. The kids ride their bikes on the tennis court and leave their toys on it. During the summer the kids from the neighborhood all come over to the tennis court and ride their skate boards until all hours of the night. The place is gated but everyone in the neighborhood (especially kids) know the code to get in. Also when I moved in I was promised that the gate would soon be hooked up to your phone, umm never happened of course. Several times I didn't receive packages because the delivery person couldn't get in the gate. There is always trash on the grounds, garbage cans over flowing, laundry rooms always filthy. I can't wait to move.
