Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2005
I lived here for 2 years with roommates while I finished college. I loved it. I moved out to go home (for financial reasons), but now that I've got a full time job in the area I'm moving back. I really like the place. Its quiet, safe, and hidden away where no one knows it exists. Being right on the bike trails and river is awesome. The management and repair staff were great and the community is very small. Parking is not so good, I agree, but nothing is perfect.
