The complex address says Howe, but it's actually located at the end of Spanos Court, off of Howe Ave. That's great because you can get away from some of the noise and traffic on Howe, but still be centrally located. It's close to Safeway, Walgreen's, and a ton of restaurants.

I have probably the smallest and darkest unit in the whole complex, but I still like it. I'm in the smaller one bedroom (just under 600 square feet). They also have a larger 1 bedroom, and 2 bedroom apartments. My apartment is dark because the balcony off my living room faces the adjacent building and is completely covered by the overhang. But it's really not too bad since there's some diffused light in the morning and I'm not there during the day anyway.

I love the layout of my apartment. The bedroom is very large. I have a gigantic double closet in the bedroom, plus two hall closets, a pantry closet, and a front entry closet. The kitchen has plenty of counter space and comes equipped with a dishwasher and a garbage disposal.

There's a nice pool with plenty of space to lay out if that's your thing. There's also a work out room. The machines are kind of old, but you can crank up the TV they provide and work out. I don't think many people use it since 24 Hour Fitness isn't that far away.

Parking is assigned in a gated carport area. There is guest parking out front. Occassionally toward the end of the night the guest parking gets filled up, but the street is always empty so it's easy to park there. I've had a few minor maintenance items, and they've been promptly taken care of.

The only drawback is that it's pretty much a cookie-cutter apartment. If you're looking for character... it's not really here.
