Very quite, Very serene environment. Some minor disturbances. Parking not enforced. Limited parking and dedicated to tenants yet guests and non operational vehicles take up space. Some minor theft has increased. Security is an issue. Gated community yet call box for guests and general public never works and if the office is open they let anyone in and they even tell them the exact apartment number. rent is ok. Moved from a smaller unit to larger and has lived in smaller unit 5 months no damage nothing wring and they took my deposit for cleaning. moved again to another unit and still once again they kept my deposit. manager said never gonna get one back no matter how clean.
