I've lived here 2 1/2 years. My car was broken into twice. My bike was stolen from outside my door and I've had weights stolen out of the fitness room. The laundry room is constantly getting broken into for the quarters in the washers. Tweakers and homeless break in. Not to mention the windows are cheap I pay a fortune in heating and air conditioning. The patio sliding doors are put on backwards so you can't put a security bar on them that part is outside, go figure. There is always condensation on the windows and black mold that I have to bleach every month. The sprinkler system is always broken they spout fountains and the lighting along the walks are always out. I was here about a month and the apartment manager sent the police to my door because she thought I ran into the fence. No call first to ask, meanwhile my car was parked for two months with a blown tie rod it hadn't moved. Be careful if you move here the rents are arbitrary. I pay 895.00 for an apartment that everybody else pays 800.00. There are much better places to rent that are safe and don't have therhealth issues (mold). Do yourself a favor and don't rent here
