Good location, but a bit overpriced.

Might be a little overpriced for apartment size (I had a downstairs one bedroom, one bathroom), but the location compensates for it (Land Park). Although I now live a few blocks away (Land Park/Curtis Park) and I pay same price for a two bedroom, one bathroom. Great neighbors. Most tenants residing have been there for a long time. No on-site manager. Calls for repairs are answered quickly. Parking available is great, some covered parking is also available. Apartments located downstairs have good size patio. Kitchen and bathroom are outdated. All units, except for two that are two bedroom, one bathroom, are one bedroom, one bathroom, with a walk in closet/pantry. Complex is on busy street so sometimes hard to get in or out. Walls between units are not insulated against noise, as I could hear my neighbors talk or TV playing most of the time. Friendly owners, although I did have one unfriendly incident with the male owner after I had moved out. Only thing, be sure to clean apartment extremely well before you leave if you want most of your deposit back, owners a little too meticulous on this.
