My boyfriend and I have not been pleased with management since we moved in. We had a problem with the lock to our storage closet. When the management was told, it took several weeks for them to send maintenance to fix the lock. When maintenance came, the lock was not completed. We thought they would come back but they didn't. So, we told management and again it took several weeks to get the lock fixed. When it was finally fixed, they key still didn't work. Turns out, they gave us the wrong key in the first place.

The office hours are unreliable. There are many times I've gone to pick up a package only to find that no one had shown up yet or that they went home early.

The fitness center lock was broken for about six months. Kids and people who didn't live here were able to get in and mess up some of the equipment in there. The lock was finally fixed, but management showed no sense of urgency.

They are friendly, though, so that is one positive I guess.

There are many tenants here that let their kids run around in the parking lot. So, if you do move in, you have to watch for the kids. There are some that are kind of noisy as well.

I don't feel safe here because of a robbery at gunpoint earlier in the year and the many people that come in to dig in the garbage bins.

My boyfriend and I feel this area in not great for young singles and couples. There is nothing to do out here, not a big selection of restaurants, and the supermarkets suck.
