My roommates and I have been living here since the beginning of March (on the wind bridge side). From the day we moved in till now (and ongoing,) there has been so much noise. Most annoyingly, BEWARE of the CHILDREN!!! They re everywhere. They will climb, jump, and run up your stair case and pound on your door, pound on your stair rail, pound on your water heater and peek through your windows. I have issue a complaint and was told by jenny, (the manager) that children were not allowed to play inside the apartment complex without their parent s supervision. However, this problem has not been resolved. When my roommates and I first moved in, we thought about staying here for other year after our lease expires. But after having to put up with this kind of noise daily, we are counting are days to move out from this place.
I am a full time college student and a part-time baby sitter. With this type of noise, I cannot get anything done. I have to go outside from my apartment, the apartment I rented for up the ass every month, and study at the library. The toddlers that I baby sit always wake up from the loud noises the children makes, so I could only imagine how hard it would be like for a mother and her new born. Something really needs to be done about this issue.
Plus, there are always scary looking people digging up the garbage and going through the mail garbage located next to the mail box.
The walls are so thin you can hear your neighbor s business and alarm clock go off, so that means, YES! When they wake up to go to work at 3am, you re up as well.
Oh, one last thing, the parking sucks. There are not a lot of parking spaces available and I have to walk 2 apartment complexes away to get to my reserve spot.

I know what you mean about the kids. Somehow, one of them shut off the power in my apartment...the box wasn't locked for some reason.

yes, i believe you completely. i am having the same problem as well. if you can't stand noises or children running wild don't move here because they can be extremely loud and naughty. I have children playing tag on my stair case, screaming, running up and down and ringing my door bell. The worst part, these children and their irresponsible parents don't live in the same complex. I suggest the managers do something about this matter and stop making excuses if they want to continue to make a sale.
