Ok place: lots of spiders & feral cats!

Once a year Riverstone sprays for spiders and it should be more! All year-long there are spiders (wood, black widow) and if you're allergic to them than STAY AWAY! There are also lots of feral cats and I've never seen Animal Control pick any up. You take a risk when you dump garbage at night; make sure to look under your hood...otherwise you might find a kitten with a burned tail clining for life when you pull over to investicate the "burning smell" (like I did).

Actually Ive asked Jenni how often they spray for spiders and they spray once a month.

I've only gotten one note about spider spraying this year and have never seen them out any other time.

The review and responces are ALL false as the Manager I know we have pest control out here every other week so what has been writen is not true. We do have a monthly spider spray in July, August and September. But spiders live everywhere not just Riverstone Apartments!

manager = salesman. Believe the people not the managers. I have only receive one notice about spider spraying and that was back in july.
