Six months ago when I moved in, I felt the complex was quiet, and safe. It is nicely landscaped, and has some nice ammenities like a weight room, clubhouse facilities, tennis courts and pool. Maintenence is quick to respond to requests. Although recently, in the last couple months my car has been vandalized and broken into. Many other neighbors have had their cars broken into as well. There is limited parking if you own a second car, although the street is an option. Trash is only picked up once a week, so it sometimes overflows. The complex claims to have a sand volleyball court, although it has not been used or maintenence in almost a year, and there is no net, only piles of sand and weeds. The complex also has a small playground, although it is old and the wood is rotting.. not safe for children.
