Has gone downhill in past 3 years I've lived there.

Years at this apartment: 1999 - 2003
 
Mgt is very unresponsive. Not secure - we have had problems with a peeping Tom for past 9 months; no assistance from mgt such as better lighting or security systems. Security company is elusive and nonresponsive. Not a good complex for single women.
