I've lived here for a few years and considering the amount of rent they are charging, I am very frustrated at the lack of security. Cars are vandalized and stolen from the complex; peeping toms, burglaries. Since the new owners took over, there has been a severe lack of maintenance. The stairs, siding and decks have dryrot and pose a hazard to the tenants. Management is non-responsive with a "careless" attitude! EVERY SINGLE time lease renewal comes up, they hike up the rent, but no improvements have been added to justify the increase. No incentive to long term tenants! They also tend to lease to multiple families with numerous people living in one unit!!
