I lived there for almost 3 years and it’s been all downhill since than. They have had several different property mangers that all promised to make improvements but seldom did it happen. They seem to have a problem with several people sharing the apartment which than causes a lack of parking. Rent increased every time my lease expired. The newest property manger never seems to be there when needed. There have been multiple incidents of car break-ins and vandalism. The garbage was usually overflowing and not picked up often enough. There was a problem with stray cats. In my onion, below builders grade materials are used through out the complex.
