Years at this apartment: 2001 - 2003
 
This complex has serious problems. Stray/feral cats are not addressed. Garbage is not picked up on a reasonable schedule - overflowing the dumpsters and causing an unsightly, unsanitary mess. The wooden buildings are deteriorating - I fell through a dry rotted porch with one foot.
