I am sorry to say I lived at Riverview for just over a year. Parking was terrible. I had a roommate and together we only had one space which was always a problem. The washer and dryers are small stackables that hardly every work correctly, and maintenance is unresponsive. Management is impossible to deal with since they don't know what's going on or how to solve any problems. The garbage is everywhere and the security is non existent. All in all I would caution anyone against being foolish enough to pay the high rents to live in a lousy place.
