Even though I am/was a young resident at Riverview Ranch, I would like to say that there are many pros and cons. The cons: I have had many incidents with vandalism to my car, neighbours, and cought a Peeping Tom watching me as I changed. The management team are not the brightest of the bunch. Parking isn't all that great either. My mother is always complaining about the rent going up frequently.
The Apartments seem very nice on the outside. There is a nice park, pool, tennis court, and gym. The only reason why I would have stayed there is becuase of the majority of my neighbours and it's in a nice area.
