I would just like to take the time to give a little more credit where credit is due to Riverview Ranch. I hear all of everyones comments and take them all into consideration when writting this letter. I really did enjoy my stay there. I was there for a little over a year and a half and for the most part enjoyed every minute of it. My neighbors were always great, the few exceptions for loud noise, we all have a long night some times. Maintnance was always very polite and came and did the work asked of them in a timely fashion. I even had my car broken into once, and I wasn't so much mad at the management as the fact that I was broken into. I moved to a really nice area in Elk Grove, gated community with security and it still happened once to me there. So it is not that neighbor hood it happens every where. Again I would like to say that I did enjoy my stay would tell anyone to go live there that was looking for a home.
