Watch out

Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2004
I lived at this apartment complex for 2 years; having moved out early 2004. During my stay I found the management to be unhelpful and rude on many occasions, and at least one member of the management team never seemed to know what was going on. There were many problems with this individual's own children that were ignored when brought to the attention of the non-existant manager.
There were problems with non-existant security during my entire stay which brought great concern to me and my children. Eventhough many many tenants complained about the security, nothing was done.
My rent was increased the first year by $80.00 and $60 the second year.
After moving out, I was charged my entire deposit and pet deposit, minus $50, the first time I received the itemization. Then one month later received a second notice that they were charging me $900 to replace carpet that was supposedly "soaked in urine". Never mind that my dog refuses to pee or poop anywhere but in grass. Two other residents who have moved out this year have had the same experience and a class action suit is pending.
So.....while it may look like this is a nice place, and even upon a second visit the management will seem glad to see you (as the manager said in her "review"), beware of this place. They are too needy for tenants and too willing to do whatever they can to make up the money in other ways. aLKeoXpj3s4OSgrp1trb
