I have to agree with other comments that everytime it's time to renew your lease the rent is always increased with no improvments to compensate for the increase. I also agree that the office staff is somewhat to be desired. Riverview Ranch is falling apart. When you drive by do so in the daylight and take a walk around the complex and look closley at the siding. You will notice mold and rotting and the playground is soooooo unsafe for kids!!!! A lawsuit waiting to happen. There are a large amount of animals, big dogs, and of course there is a problem getting owners to pick up their waste. Maintance wise, they have a good staff, nice guys and do a good overall job. Lots of repairs and upgrades need to be made to this place for the amount of rent.
