I do live at Riverview Ranch Apartments and I love it. I've been here for over a year and the people in the office are nicer than any other place I have ever lived. It's genuine too, they always take the time to talk to me when I come in and if I have a package Dannette usually already has it ready to give to me. The maintenance guys are great too. I haven't had anything wrong in awhile, but when I see them on the property they are always real friendly. This is a great place to live and I'll stay here till the time comes I buy my house. g-hKOS7s4Nq5n3hEIpHd

You must work for the Complex, anyone who lives here knows that your full of crap! This place is crime ridden, your cars not safe and parking stinks!!! Do not move here!!!

HOW MUCH ARE THAY PAYING YOU!!! your so full of ----! This place is run down, dry rot is eating the walls and the only thing administration is good at doing is passing the buck to someone else. God will strike you dead for these lies!!!

I will say that there WERE nice people in the office; that is a thing of the past! The new office staff sucks something fierce and they do NOT care about your issues! The property is falling apart and the crime is still here! I had a neighbor that was selling drugs out of their apartment and had a dog that would bark 24/7. The office staff did nothing for 2 months!!!! I had to complain almost daily! The parking is a total nightmare, if you pay your rent on time, park in your assigned spot, you will get you car towed away at your expense!!

geazzzz your full of it, all BALAGONE , of course they have nothing to do all day besides sit on there FAT rearends, and only some one inseaine would rate this place at that level, I agree with the section8 issue, you have those kinds of ppl and issues going on here as if were on Welfare, mabe this person who posted this was on some kinds of serious medication to not notice what is going on here ar RiverView Wronch!
