May 16th 2005 and we survived another night at the Rancho. A typical day here goes like this. Awake in the morning to the sounds of street traffic and noisy school kids,then off to the pool and jacuzzi where one might find nasty water sometimes mixed with dirt and trash. And lets not forget our Gym that might be "Locked from the inside" because kids that do not live here are using it to lift weights or make out in our sauna. So on with our life only to return to the rancho to find some #$&%$ parked in our spot and most un-assigned parking spots are taken by cars with out-of-state license plates. SEE PART 2

Part 2. home invasion, car and apt break-ins are common.Lack of on site security! Un-supervised little kids yelling all the time.Useless over priced security patrol company that only locks up the pool gate at night.(YOU PAY FOR THIS!) On the 15th some one was SHOOTING out lights with a gun on the property. Spend your money on a vacation to Haiti or Angola, learn to use a gun for protection and get use to noise and crime. Welcome to Riverview Ranch.Section-8 govt Housing project living with out the title.
