Actually, Most of the Riverview Ranch staff does live here. The staff is great. They are getting ready to redo the outside; balconies need it badly. Price is good for what you get. Parking is horrible if you don't have a spot. Don't park on the street or your car will get broken in to. My area is the "kid free" zone, and aside form the occassional bark, is pretty quiet. There are often huge groups of obvious "non-residents" at the pool. That bothers me. Security is useless. Overall though, I like it here. It is private, yet friendly. The staff is great. Worst complaint: I wish the parking was better. Best Praise: The staff is very polite and friendly.

The good friendly staff has been driven off; I am friends with a few of them. The new staff has certainly addressed the parking problem, they have given the towing company full go ahead, so every night there are 2 of 3 tow trucks waiting by the entrance a little before 10pm to come in and tow as many cars as they can in a night. All of the cars are tenets cars that are being towed right out if their covered parking spots. Each time it's $215. So if you car doesn't get towed, it will get broken into, good times!
