I'd also like to point out to anyone who is a critic of our management that these ladies are doing the best they can. I've read some reviews that cut them down for the job that they do. Keep in mind that nobody is perfect and it is impossible to please everyone at all times.
God forbid there be a forum for other people to critique us all in our own jobs.

Not when customer service comes in they should use these skills! Or mabe these people dont care about them becuase ther just there for a paycheck! Obviously there turn over is just as bad as there customer service so that just goes to show you what kind of people they are hireing, people that dont give a 100%
