I used to live at the riverview ranch apartments. Just so you know, if you move out before living there for two years they charge you a fee to repaint. Unlike many other apartment complexes, the paint is not considered normal wear and tear unless you have lived in the unit for at least two years. We lived there for nearly two years, but that didn't matter. They gave us a slight discount, but I still think it was wrong! When doing our final walk through the staff was condisending and rude. I had spent all day in that apartment on my hands and knees cleaning. I cleaned everything on their checklist and then some...but was made to feel like I left the place a dump! Just be prepared to be made to feel like a slob. I actually left crying because of how they spoke down to me. I miss my apartment at the Riverview Ranch complex. Believe me, I moved to the bay area where you're lucky to find an apartment as nice! I'm paying $400 a month more for an apartment almost half as small. You have to remember, IT'S AN APARTMENT COMPLEX! None of them are perfect and if you live at any one of them long enough you'll find something wrong with it! No Riverview Ranch wasn't perfect, but it could be worse!!!
