Me and my family have lived here for almost 3 years and are out of her! My lease cannot be over soon enough!!! The new mgnt. SUCKS! Beware if they single you out for whatever reason, they will make your existance a living hell for you. Which has happened to us. I cannot imagine how a corporation can put people like the staff they now have,in charge, and think they will have a sucessful and happy community. I strongly advise any potential residents to look elsewhere in Natomas for better conditions overall. You will be sorry if you are trapped into a lease with these bafoons! I have had to put up with teens smoking pot during early evening hours at the pool while children are present and mgnt. did nothing about the problem. Teens routinly hang out at the pool all summer with foul mouths, scantily dressed and inappropriate touching of each other in front of children without regard. There is animal feces all the time on the grass (i have lost count on how many times I or my children have stepped in it!) Unless you love animals, this is probably not the place for you, too many. Anyways, good ridence to this dump!
